Room 16's first transition to school visit 2020

Sunday 2nd August 2020

Kia Ora Whanau/Caregivers

On Friday it was super exciting we had 3 tamariki  come for their first school visit. Cruize, Norton and Gene had a  fabulous time exploring room 16.

It was great to see their whanau supporting their tamariki  in their learning journey

All the Teina and Tukana  classes are well underway learning their waiata to present at the Cultural Festival week 10 of this term Please watch this space!!

Room 16 love using the alphabet stones to identify upper case and lower case letters

Drea and Waimirirangi were very proud of their achievement  once  both of them completed the  lower case and number  puzzle together.

Tookie and Nanny Rachel  were working together to help him recognise and say his alphabet.

Room 10 tamariki spent some time in room 16 on Thursday. Itr was great to see teina and Tukana  successfully working together.

I love how the mum's are so involved. It will be awesome to have Cruize and Norton join room 16 whanau.

Gene and Nana  worked  together creating a fantastic tower.

Drea, Cruize, Raynor and Kowhai   were so focused at the playdough table. They made lots of yummy cookies.

I hope everyone has had a fabulous weekend. I can't wait to see you all again on Monday.

Take Care
