Term 4, Week 7, 2015

Kia Ora Whanau,

I hope you are having a great week, only 3 weeks of school left!!!!  I can't believe we finish on the 18th December.

We are now swimming on a Tuesday and a Thursday!!!  I would love it that every Tamariki in Room 7 brought their togs as it's compulsory under our Curriculum.

This week Whatu, wrote so many of his spelling words on a whiteboard. He is trying his very best at the moment, it is awesome to see. TinaRose and Eruera moved up 3 reading levels from 9-12!!  I love success and achievement, I am so proud of both of them for becoming confident readers!

Kia Ora Whanau

Well 5 weeks down and 5 weeks to go!!!!  This term is going so fast only 25 days until we finish school.  The last day of school for 2015 is Friday 18th December.

I have been testing the children this week and have been really impressed and pleased with the impressive results.  So many children have dramatically moved in their reading levels.  This is a magic moment for me and makes me feel so proud of all their hard work they put into their own learning.

SWIMMING has no started this week. We are swimming on a Tuesday and Thursday. The children are all excited, please ensure they have their togs as it is a requirement they go swimming and it's part of our curriculum also.

Our Waiata performance on Thursday was amazing, Thank you to all the whanau that supported this event.
