First week back to school- Term 3 awesomeness!!

Sunday 26th July 2020

Kia Ora Whanau/Caregivers

It's been a fun-filled week of introducing tamariki back to school routines and expectations. Room 16 has been growing rapidly  with new tamariki.
This week I would like to warmly welcome Kingston, Tira-Apu, Jayziah and Kowhai  and their whanau to our class.

The new tamariki are gorgeous, enthusiastic little sponges of joy for learning!!!

I say goodbye  to 6 tamariki who are joining Mrs Neale tomorrow in room 14... Hayze, Raymin, Falcon,Nivanah, Manawa and Blue are going to continue their learning under the wonderful guidance of Mrs Neale.  I 'm sure the tamariki are just as excited to be moving to room 14.

This week I captured some fabulous  magic moments of learning in room 16

Aalacaey drew his mum a picture. He was so excited to show it to me!!

Hayze, Waimirirangi and Falcon have made great progress practicing writing their name.

Jayziah was  given a class certificate . He felt very proud , he's had a great first week in room 16.

Drea and Raymin are becoming more confident  writing their name!!

Room 16 are super lucky having Nanny Rachel  in our class every morning  to help the tamariki learn the letters of the alphabet and hear them read. Everyone loves Nanny Rachel...

Anytime you have a few minutes spare we would love it if you could make a comment on room 16's class blog.

  1. Hi I'm Kairo and i'm with Hayze. We loved this because this reminds me from when I was a little kid. But maybe next time you should put the camera closer so we can see the picture a bit better.
