PINK shirt day

Term 2, Week 3

Kia Ora Whanau

This has been an eventful week, I hurt my back so the children had Mrs Pearson relieving in Room 8. I heard from Mrs Smith all the Tamariki in room 8 were behaving with their best manners and showing Mrs Pearson lots of respect. Well done Room 8.

On Friday we had PINK shirt day. This was used to promote anti bullying, this is something we don't tolerate at KWS. We encourage using positive words and  I statements.  We incorporate our hurt free values into our daily teaching and learning by caring and supporting each other. Room 8 are fantastic how they support each other in and out of the classroom environment.
